Established in 2016, our NSI Gold approved CAT II Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is equipped with the latest technology, enabling the reception of various signalling types into our advanced alarm handling platform.
We proficiently monitor diverse signalling methods, including CSL Dualcom, Redcare, Ajax, Risco, Trikdis, Pyronix, Digital Communicators, and Honeywell Galaxy IP.
Our rapid and efficient response to received alarms involves assigning unique action plans to each alarm type, such as Keyholder, Site, Security Response, Maintenance Team, Refrigeration Engineer, etc. These assignments may vary based on factors like the time of day or whether the intruder alarm is set, ensuring tailored and dynamic responses.
Surpassing Industry Standards
All monitored systems surpass industry standards, with daily monitoring of operator response times and call handling statistics to uphold a consistently high level of service for our clients. For convenient access, both engineers and clients benefit from a web portal allowing remote system management. This portal facilitates tasks like putting systems on test, checking signal history, and performing engineering functions.
Our admin web module empowers modifications to keyholder details and schedules, offering reporting capabilities and site log checks. Activation reports can seamlessly integrate with CRM or back-office management systems, linking directly to programs such as Cash for Windows and Alarm Master; additional details can be obtained by consulting our technical team.
To ensure transparency and accountability, all calls are recorded and retained for a minimum of 3 months & alarm activation logs are kept for 12 months.
