Fire Alarm Remote Monitoring
Established in 2016, our NSI Gold approved CAT II Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) incorporates cutting-edge technology to receive a wide array of signalling types into our advanced alarm handling platform. Specifically, we can capture fire alarm signals from various alarm signalling devices like Emizon, Dualcom, Digital Communicator, Trikdis and others.
Customised unique action plans
Responding promptly and effectively to alarms, we customise unique action plans for each fire alarm type, including Keyholder, Site, Security Response, and Fire Alarms. These plans may vary based on factors such as the time of day; for instance, during normal working hours, the site and keyholders may be contacted, while the fire brigade may be alerted outside of regular hours, contingent on the brigade's policy on responding to automatic alarm systems.
Recognising the critical nature of fire alarm systems as life safety devices, our ARC prioritizes them as the highest-priority signal, consistently taking precedence over other signals. Notably, our impressive average alarm response time to fire alarms is a mere 7 seconds, as reported in the last Quarter of 2023.
CCTV Visual Verification
Many fire brigade authorities will not respond to fire alarm activations from automatic detection without it being verified. Usually this would require a person to provide this information. With a link to your CCTV cameras we can provide a visual verification of any fire alarms to provide a speedy response to fire events.
We can also use CCTV to verify many types of events including Intruder Alarms, sprinkler alarms, thermal temperature alerts, pre alarms.
